Hi,
I recently installed a Ricoh Aticio MP C2500 as our default network printer.
It works in every program except Microsoft Word 2003. When I go to print in
Word, I get the following error box:
"The printer has not yet responded, but the Microsoft Office program may be
able to proceed without printer information. Do you want to continue to wait
for the printer?" - Yes or No
This message does not show up for any other printer or in any other Office
2003 related program or for other printers.
I've reinstalled office, reinstalled drivers, tried different driver
versions and nothing works. I've changed settings and spoken to Ricoh tech
support with no success.
I know I'm missing something but don't know what. I've searched the
newsgroups and tried the suggestions with no success. I'm at the end of my
rope. It happens on every system.
Any ideas?
