Word help - Run time error

Every time I click on a searching result in word help (F1) I get the run time
error in line 683. It means something like "designator expected" (sorry it's
translated from my german version). Ok, I could start the debugger but
hello...I am a user not a software developer :) Anyway, can anybody help me?
