Word homework problem

Version: 2008 I have a MacBook Pro....2008
Hi I am a provisional user for thirty days and I did a homework assignment on word and when I try to attach it to the submit assignment link it does not allow me to. what do I do?

You haven't given us enough detail to be able to answer.

Word does not have a "Submit assignment link" so you need to explain what
that is, and what you expected to happen.
