Currently, if you define up/down borders for a text (via direct formatting or
via style definition), those borders will extend for the entire width of the
page, even if the selected text is only a few letters long.
This happens for both text-level and paragraph-level styles.
I think it would be very useful to be able to have text surrounded by
borders above/below it and have those border only extend to its width. This
could be used, for example, as a nice way of formatting figure captions.
