Hi,
Anyone has any idea about this annoying phenomenon:
I created some hyperlinks in my Word document. Each hypelinks links to a
specific (excel) file on a network drive. (So it is not a hyperlink to a web
page.)
The hyperlinks work perfectly on Ctrl-Clicking on them the desired files open
in excel.
Now, as soon as I save my word file the hypelinks get messed up. Ctrl-
clicking on them results in an error message "The address of this site is not
valid". Opening the link in edit mode shows that my path changed from e.g. :
I:\IIS-CR\CR Investment Reporting\Fixed Income\2008\FI 2008_03\
Performancemodule.xls
To:
../../../IISCommon/IIS-CR/CR%20Investment%20Reporting/Fixed%20Income/2008/FI%
202008_03/Performancemodule.xls
What should I do?
