I am having several related problems. I have many mail
merge Word templates that are called from inside Access
that worked fine on Win 98 and Office 98. An upgrad to
Office 2000 seemed to be ok. After upgrading to Windows
XP, I have encountered problems.
1. The data source mysteriously disappears in the
documents and the Mail Merge toolbar is gone.
2. A new version of MS Access opens up. I sometimes have
a dozen versions open.
3. I dynamically rename the new merge document.
Sometimes it won't let me. If Word is already open when
I try to open and print the merge document from Access,
it sometimes won't let me rename it dynamically.
Any ideas? Thanks
