word intellisense?

does anyone has sugestions for creating intellisense in word just like the
visual studio intellisense?
for example, writing a specific tab after writing a word will open a combo
box with all the related words from the DB.
i know there is a way to do this with vsto 2005, is it possible in 2003 and
does anyone has sugestions on how to do this?

Nope, not possible in Word/Office 2003

Possibly it can be mimicked by having a commandbar (type PopUp) respond to
AutoCorrection
(haven't tried that ...)
If at all this works, there's no "tabcontrol" available to add to the popup
commandbar ...
