I hope this is the right spot for this question.
A friend is having problems when printing a document copied from a web page
in IE and pasted to Word. She says:
no error messages, it just looks like my computer has frozen, because i
can't get my cursor to click in on the internet page...but my computer has
not frozen. if i can't click and get my cursor on the internet page, then i
can't highlight anything to copy, and if i go to the select box, to choose
"select all" in order to copy, it's not black, so it's not an option, and i
can't "select all" to copy either.
OK, tell me exactly what's going on when you try to print, any error
messages, etc.
The internet copy problem I was having...well, I found a way to get around
it, but it's annoying.
It continually happens after I have copied a previous form onto MS Word. I
have to close out the Word window, and close out the Internet window, reopen
the Internet window first, so my cursor will appear in the Internet's window,
and then I can reopen a Word window, and copy and paste.
Thanks in advance for any help and/or insight you can offer.
