Word Invalid page faults

I'm having a problem with Word 2000. When I go to open
it I get an "invalid page fault in module winword.exe at
0167:303e4fbd". I tried the solution I found on the
support site, but the problem is still ocurring. I have
also uninstalled Office and reinstalled it, but with no
solution to the problem. Hope someone can help.

I have tried to get to the website suggested, but I get
the page cannot be found.
