Word Invoice......

Can anyone help.....I want to create a Invioce within word
that would calculate above fields and and add Tax and
finally give the gross figure. Same as you would achieve
with Excel. I do not want to insert a table as I feel
this would be confusing to the user. Is there a field
that I can insert with fillin field that would do the
calculation the same way I would do in Excel.

I have looked at the word invoice template and it is to
busy for what I require.

Regards
Cheryl

G'day "cheryl_uk" <[email protected]>,

The trick is to use bookmarks and then the = field.

You can't use "above" without a table. Tables need not be intimidating and
can be set up so that they have no borders. The SUM(above) calculation is
buggy in that you need a number in every cell in your range. Blank or text
cells truncate the calculation range.
