Word is crashing when second instance is trying to Print a documen

Hello,

I found another strange behaviour of word 2007 ... when a word document is
open and my program is printing a document through the second instance of
word object - word is crashing - and I am getting the standard Recover my
work and restart Microsoft Office Word window!!

Also I was getting "Project Locked" window with project is unviewable
message...

I've some custom templates in Word's Startup folder which contains print
macro..
And when I made that template "READ ONLY" .. all problems gone..

it looks like the templates are not behaving the same way compare to
previous versions of Microsoft Word..!!

Could anyone tell me about this abnormal behaviour of word... is it a known
bug in Word 2007 or is it something else??
