Word is locked.

Word is open, but locked. Color wheel rotates when I select Word. How do I
save my work? How do I exit?

It seems as if Word has stopped responding. Right-click the taskbar in
Windows and choose Task Manager from the context menu. Select Word in the
list of tasks and click End Task. After Windows has closed the application,
try restarting it. If the problem persists, see
