It seems as if Word has stopped responding. Right-click the taskbar in
Windows and choose Task Manager from the context menu. Select Word in the
list of tasks and click End Task. After Windows has closed the application,
try restarting it. If the problem persists, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/ProblemsStartingWord.htm.
