Word issues

For some reason when one person types a letter in word
and saves to the server, everyone can access that letter
but when one (and only this on computer) accesses this
letter it squishes the writing up and changes the font.
Does anyone know what I can do on this one computer to
fix that problem? When I used the detect and repair
yesterday I also lost the email system on that computer.
I reset up the email address but cannot seem to get the
address book and old emails back. What have I done wrong
and can someone help me?

Check and update the printer driver.

Delete the printer driver and reinstall it.
