Hi all,
I have about 15 documents that are all supposed to be using the same
styles. Most of them do. But there are a few that keep losing parts of
styles after I save them. In particular, the 'normal' style retains all
the specialised formatting EXCEPT the '12pt after' spacing. I'll open a
document, fix this, save it, close it, reopen it, and it will have lost
the changes AGAIN! argh! How do I make it stop doing this?
Also, what is the 'update automatically' tick box in the styles menu?
Some papers have this ticked, some don't, and it doesn't seem to matter
in terms of my major question above, but it did get me wondering
