I have Office 2003 Small Business on XP, and recently every time I open
Outlook and sometimes just Word, Word shuts down with an error message asking
to send a report, which I have done over and over. Then error message says
that a cause of the problem is an HP problem, and since then I have contacted
HP and uninstalled all the HP software for a new printer and scanner I used
that was networked at home, and now I am away from home for a long time, so I
uninstalled the software. There seemed to be a hang up between the Word Image
Document software and the HP software. But the problem still persists of Word
shutting down.I can't even write a single word on Word without it shutting
down. Please let me know how to solve this problem. Thanks,
