word labels

When using labels in Word, how can I add a new insert to
an existing list in alphabectical order. I find the list
will not automactically adjust to a new insert. I must
add it to the very end of the list.

If your labels are already formatted (as a table), then you can try using
the Insert | Cell command, but it's very tricky to get this to work. You'd
be better off converting your labels to a database table that you can use as
the data source for a mail merge. That way you can update the data source as
needed and merge new labels whenever the data changes.
