Word loads, stays open a minute, then crashes

Office Enterprise 2007 running on Vista. This just started when I updated my
printer driver. Now, when I open Word, it stays open a minute, then I get
the "Word has stopped working" box and it crashes. I've run diagnostics to
no avail, tried running repair, no help. Tried deleting the data folder in
regedit, nothing. All other programs appear to work fine, just Word. Thanks
for any help!

Turned out to be a conflict with the printer driver. HP isn't very good at
providing legacy drivers it appears. The conflict was with a HP Laser 4000.
The driver provided is listed as for a that model, but the picture, and
driver, did not match. Reverted back to a Vista provided driver and it
worked fine.
