WORD locks up when I CLICK on Insert Clip Art

Clicking on "Insert" gives a drop-down. When I click on "picture" and then
"Clip Art" the program locks up.

The document number increases each time I close WORD and then re-open the
ap. This is contrary to how it had functioned previously. Each opening of
WORD resulted in an un-numbered document until an action was performed. I
think that I should remove WORD via the Control Panel and then reinstall the
ap. What say you?
