word log file is getting large

I have word 2000, and 2 uses now when they try to insert a picture into a
document they get an error:

Log file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
The rest of the path is in a really small font.
Is getting large.

Now it allows them to insert the picture but every picture they try to
insert does the same thing. Is there a way to clear this error?

Word 2000 by itself does not write log files, when it's inserting pictures
or at any other time. Maybe you have an add-in that's doing this, but it
isn't anything I've ever heard of.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CheckIfAddinsInstalled.htm and
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011514521033.aspx to find out
about add-ins. If you can locate the right one, remove it.
