I would like to download a Dictionary in Portuguese(BRAZIL) for
spelling and grammar correction.

My current version a WORD V.X and it is in english.

Is it available anywhere?

Nope. MS does not provide Portuguese proofing tools. You need to use
thrid party sofltware for that (and I don't know any that integrates
with Word so they'll check ouside of the app).
