Word Macro calling C# method (menu event)

Hi;

I believe the only way to get an event when a menu is about to be
displayed (please correct me if I am wrong here) is by assigning a
macro to CommandBars.ActionControl.

However, I need my C# code called. Does anyone have an example in C#
as to how to do this. I followed on in VB but I'm missing something
because it isn't working.

I'm not aware of any Word events that fire off when menu items are selected.
