Word mail editor

I am using WD2002,Microsoft Outlook 2002 with winXP Pro as
my Os.

When replying to mail recieved in outlook , Word opens up
as email editor. The default font is set to Times New
Roman. In Word, Arial is set as default font in normal
template.I believe when I reply through Word, Word should
use normal template. Isn't that correct? Then why is my
font changing to Arial?

Hi Kris,

Note that this group is NOT Word-mail oriented. And most of
us don't use Word as an email editor (it causes too many
problems). But I think I may know the answer to this
question.

No, Word does *not* use Normal.dot when you call it from
Outlook as an email editor. There's another template, I
believe it's called EMAIL.DOT
