why do 0's appear in my merged documents when I have
address, address2, address3, address4 fields and there is
only one address?? I think it is the empty zipcode field
and I tryed changing the zipcodes to text instead of
numbers but the zero's still appear???

How do I get the table to roll over to the next group of
forms when the number changes? I use cert# and some have
3 rows of info and some have 10.. and I have to hand
correct each form or only query one set at a time??

Since you don't tell us which version of Word we're dealing
with, we can only hope our best guess is on target. Word
2002?

See the information on Word 2002 in the mail merge FAQ on my
website. To summarize: you need to either change to a DDE
connection, or make explicitly CONVERT this column to pure
text.

Look under "Complex merges" in the Special merges section of
the same FAQ.
