Word Mail Merge

When merging a Word Document with an Excel List, I test the merged
document and notice that the City, State and Zip are in a different
font. I go back to the saved document and change the font, save it and
it still prints and reverts back to the original size.

HELP HELP..............its driving me crazy.

Hi Poverby,
When merging a Word Document with an Excel List, I test the merged
document and notice that the City, State and Zip are in a different
font. I go back to the saved document and change the font, save it and
it still prints and reverts back to the original size.
In the Word main merge document:
1. Alt+F9 to display the field codes
2. You need a \* CharFormat switch in the merge fields exhibiting the
problem. If oyu see a \* MergeFormat switch, change that. Otherwise, type
the switch in. Example
{ Mergefield City \* CharFormat }
3. When you're finished, Alt+F9 again to hide the field codes
