Word Margin shifts right when printing

I have several systems all using Office XP. They are
also using Word as their email editor. Sometimes when
they work in word and go to print, the body of the
document shifts right and prints with the right side cut
off. I have searched support.microsoft.com without
finding anything. Any help would be appreciated.

We have had this problem here - reloading printer drivers
on individual PCs fixed it for some, but not others. Im
very interested to know the answers as well.
