Word/Maximizer problem

I use Maximizer, a CRM software and create docs in Word,
try to save in Maximizer. I have a Maximizer toolbar
with a "link document to a specific file in Maximizer"
icon. Every time I try to link the document while in
Word, I get this message:
Parameter 2 is missing or invalid on the current
operation.
Yet, I can be in Maximizer, browse for the Word document
I want to link, and it works fine, but it takes much
longer to do it this way.
Any thoughts?

Contact the people who "own" Maximizer and ask them.
Apparently there's a macro behind that button (supplied by
Maximizer) that isn't working properly.
