Word: Menu customized and gone!

I was trying to customize my toolbars in Word 2004, and foolishly deleted
all the commands off the menu bar: File, Edit, Tools, etc. I can't figure
out how to restore them to the menu bar so I can subsequently customize my
toolbars.

My brilliant idea was to uninstall Word and reinstall it. But, I don't see
such installation options in the Office Setup Assistant.

Really stupid move!

If you only loaded the CD and then cancelled the process, go to Tools |
Customize, select the Menu Bar, and hit Reset.

But if you already started messing with installing again, you might want to
finish the job:
