WORD MENU ITEMS MISSING

The menu items on my word 2k have gone missing. Im not in full screen and
the menu items have not been dragged of screen.

I can still do shortcuts like Ctrl+P etc. but Alt+V doesn't do anything.

I cant find anything about this happening anywhere.

Can anyone help.

Assuming you don't have Personalized menus turned on, under Tools >
Customize, see
