Word Messages Box

If when I open a Word Document, and there is a message
box, The Word Tollbar Icon flashes in orange. This
requires me to minimize the Word Document, to reveal the
message and select the appropriate action, then I have to
maximize the apllication again from the toolbar. Why
doesn't the message box appear in front of the open
window instead of behind it?

Sorry for the confusing from of the question, but I don't
kn ow how to better explain it.

This is likely the result of a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in,
which you can disable without compromising your virus protection provided
you leave Auto-Protect enabled.
