Word MVP site question

Is this Article no longer available?

The link doesn't seem to work. Is there a similar Article focusing on Word
2002 and/or 2003? I've been unable (perhaps because of inept searching
techniques) to locate another resource.
I've been reading on Shauna Kelley's site, and I've read the Article Word's
numbering explained by John McGhie, and I keep seeing references to the link
I pasted above.
Any leads for similar info would be appreciated.
