I use Outlook 2003 (with Word set as my editor for emails). Everything works
fine until I exit Outlook. When I exit my cpu ramps up for a few seconds and
then an error message pops up saying that Word encountered an error and needs
to close. It gives a message to recover the word document (which is
meaningless since there is no document to recover) and gives me the option to
close it. The process that opens with the error message is DW20.exe. I
went into the event log and found this. Hope it helps. If anyone has any
idea how to fix this (other than removing Word as the editor for the emails -
which does fix the problem, please let me know). Also I have uninstalled and
reinstalled office 2003 and reconstructed the normal.dot file to no avail.
Thanks.
