I have a new computer at work (on a network). I open a Word 2002/3 document
and try to customize my Toolbar buttons at the top of the document in a
Normal dot. template. When I try to save these toolbar customizations, a
popup says "This document has been opened as read access only" I go into
"Tools" in Word and open "File Locations". The modify button will not let
me change the "User Template" location. I have administrator rights and,
although I can "modify" locations of other documents in File Locations, I
cannot change the User Template location. If anyone out there can help, it
would be appreciated.
