Word not printing corectly

I recently installed Micro soft office for MAc 2004. Printing
documents in word (version 11.3.5) tends to cut off a small part of
the bottom or top of letters on each line (e.g., each letter on the
line is cut off the same way). I have installed allupdates and
reviewed the troubleshoots. No problems printing with other software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be a problem with Line Height.

Use Format>Style>Modify... To set the Line height of your Normal style to
"Single".

Check Add to Template when you make the change, save the document and close
Word (to force it to save the template).

New documents should be right from there, old documents you will need to
reset the Normal style in each to overcome the problem.

Hope this helps
