word not running properly

[need more help for creating documents.]

can't open email, can't open documents, can't create documents...we have
microsoft office xp proffessional....can you help me?

hi suzanne...I tried your shortcut for problems opening word...and my
computer won't even open that up, probably because of this problem...but
thanks I want to try and see if I can rename the file old and then see what
happens...will get back to you if this works...fingers crossed.

hi suzanne...doug told me to rename the template file to normal.old and it
worked...but now just have to try and pass the msn login...it keeps telling
me that the page has expired...what to do now.
