Word "Number" appears at top when converting to RTF

Hello,

I just exported a report to an RTF file. Everything is fine, but I have the
word "Number" at the top of the report and I can't figure out why. It seems
be attached to textboxes in which I'm using FieldValues to populate with. Has
anyone ever seen this?
