I have learned that I cannot retain the formatting of text between
Word and Powerpoint unless I paste a "Word Object". So I format my
text it Word, select it, then Paste into Powerpoint with n active text
box. The text pastes in with formatting. I can only edit the text by
double-clicking and editing in Word.
But wait, the formatting is not intact. Tabs do not line up, letter
spacing is inconsistent and whonky in the PP file, and bulleted text
does not line up.

So, does this mean I can't even get this feature to work? s
Powerpoint, basially, unusable?
