Occasionally, when I am printing "list of markup" word freezes and I
have to close word in task manager. I have tried to copy all but the
last paragraph mark (control end, control shift home) into a new
document and this allows me to print the list but all that remains are
the comments not the corrections. I print many documents this way and
only a few, probably one out of 75 have this error. Any ideas? Thanks.
