Word Office 2003 Error on Startup (Unknown Error returned from App

I have office 2003 installed and when I start Word I always get an error
window that pops up and says

Unknown error returned from application. Error cagth at [file Connect.ccp,
Line 254], Operation canceled. Contact technical support if this error
persists.


Now I am giving the option to press OK and then the application works great.
I have repaired Office 2003 and then it still did it, so then I did a
re-install (did not un-install though) and it still does it

Any help is appreciated

As an added note, if I log on as another user on the PC, I do not get those
errors.

Reinstallation won't help. You have an incompatible add-in trying to load on
opening Word. See
