Word Office v.x Crashes on startup everytime.

I have just switched to OSX 10.3.7 and loaded up Office v.X ..... it
seeems to crash on start up when it gets to the "optimizing font Menu"
part of the start up. Excel, and Powerpoint do the same.

Any Thoughts. I am a Graphic designer and have many fonts loaded into
the font book.

Sounds like you have a corrupt font, Office is quite sensitive to corrupt
fonts, especially Word. See here for troubleshooting (see bottom of page,
under corrupt font).
