Word officially sucks... I can't open anything!

Okay, here's the deal... one day Word just crashed on me
for no reason. When I tried to open it again and continue
my work, it froze upon document recovery. Next, it asks
me to send an error report with an option to re-open Word
and recover my documents. If I try to utilize this
option, the same things happen all over again.

I have tried to un-install, re-install, and repair, using
the Microsoft Word CD I've got. Obviously, it didn't work
because I'm here. What else can I try?? I NEED to use
Word now that school has started up again! Help!
