word online help error

when I use word 2003 online help - it calls up this page on IE and it does
not work ? why?

As you are saying that IE opens fine after clicking on the link, there should
not be a problem with your word. Maybe, you should check your Internet
Explorer security settings

For some reason its all working OK today - most strange - probably a
microsoft site issue
