Word only prints one page of a multi-page document

I'm using Word X with all the updates installed, connected to an HP
OfficeJet G85. Word only prints the last page of any document; have
re-installed printer driver and deleted Word Preferences and Word
Settings (10) files from Library>Preferences>Microsoft.

Any ideas?

No real ideas, but try setting it to "Reverse Print Order" and see what
change (if any) occurs.
