On one document, Word only prints part of the page - the "Heading 1" heading
and the bullets, but none of the other text whatever. It prints a couple of
other documents just fine.
I cut and pasted the text via Notepad into a new document. This printed OK
until I format ed the heading as "Heading 1". Then this document too printed
in the same messed-up way.
I assumed the problem was a corrupt normal.dot. I'd had an error message
about this a week or so ago, but no sign of any problem until now. So I
deleted normal.dot and allowed Word to build a new one, which is all I
thought I had to do to un-corrupt it. No joy, still prints only the heading
and the bullets.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
