Thanks Robert for you reply
i'll check tomorrow and post back.
but about the topic you send,
=======================
Causes:
1. The server has a backup software running.
No.

2. A ant-virus software is scanning on the server.
i tried to stop it with no chance.

3. A backup software agent or Open Transaction Manager is installed on
your computer.
I'll check.

4. The server has RAID 5/10 and one of Hard Disks is failed.
No.

5. The server has a hardware issue.
I'll check, but it seems not. how could i know?!

Thanks in advance.

I would not leave it uninstalled. Reinstall it, but set its realtime
scanning to "inbound only".

Merg to the max

This problem can also be caused by ACT!8. The preload setting needs to be
changed from -stayrunning to -preload in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
