Word opens when in Outlook and says it needs to close

When I am in Outlook, Word will open by itself, then give an error message "
Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." When I look at what data does the error report
contain, I get this:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.6359.0 App Stamp: 40c8b025 ModName:
hpzpm309.dll ModVer: 2.240.0.0 ModStamp: 3f615fc8 fDebug: 0 Offset:

Do you have any suggestions on how to stop this?

Do you have any suggestions on how to stop this?

If you don't care about using Word as your email editor, disable it in your
tools | options | mail format tab.
Or try a detect/repair of office.
