I clicked on the "new" page icon, then the "organizational chart" icon. With
the template that opened, I began adding to the organizational chart (ie,
adding subordinate, assocaite) and typed in the appropriate names/positions.
I saved it as a document and closed the Word 2003 XP Office program. (XP Home
edition). When I try to reopen the saved file, the only thing that shows up
on the page where the chart should be is {SHAPE\*MERGEFORMAT}.
I didn't merge any information or use another program, just Word 2003.
