Word Outline

Is there an easy way to setup Word to do an outline? I realize I can use
Outline View, with Heading1/2/3/..., but when I print it, it loses it's
indenting. Basically, I want to print what I see on the outline view.

Maybe there is an existing template somewhere that I can download?
