word / outlook problem

when I try to access an address from outlook from the word 2007 envelope
utility ,
word stops working and the program closes. I have been doing this without
problem for months, but after a windows automatic update, I no loger can

I ran the office repair from setup with no luck

I had the same problem - I recently went to word to print an envelope but
before I started printing an envelope I opened outlook also. As long as
outlook was open while I was printing and envelope in word the program did
not shut down. Hope this works for you.
