Hi

I am trying to create a wizard which will allow users to
create a letter, memo or fax (choice via user form) they
will then choose the senders details (from outlook
contacts) and recipient details (from outlook contacts).
So far this is working fine.

My problem is that I am unable to seperate the contact
fields to use them elsewhere in the newly created document
e.g. the full name and adress of the sender/recipient
inserts fine but i would like to use their first name
after Dear too, I would like to insert the fax number on
the fax document. I can't seem to find the code that
allows me to pull one field from the chosen contact withou
having to choose the contact again.

I really really look forward to some help.
