Ok i want to type a contract in work and insert the name and adderss from
outlook

look for the how-to thinking am i doing this backwards should i be working
in outlook and compose the contract in out look but if i do that it is a
outlook file and a pain in the ass to back up or find just the contract
where in word it is saved in My docs

And what version of office do you have? (Fairly pertinent, I would say....)

tried merge mail and get a Error : The microsoft Access database engine could
not find the odject

Then open Word and add the Addressbook icon to your Quick Access Toolbar
(QAT)
Type your contract, and where you want to insert your Contact's mailing
address, click on the addressbook icon and choose the Contact.
It's that easy!
